How SWATS Turned Red Carpet Productions Into a Lead and Recruiting Machine

A great website should do more than sit there and look good. It should bring in the people who make a business grow. That is exactly what happened at Red Carpet Productions. For 13 years their site was mostly a place to learn about the company. After they switched to SWATS in the summer of 2026, it became a great source of new business and new talent.

Who is Red Carpet Productions?

Red Carpet Productions is an Austin-based liquor brand activation and ambassador agency. For more than a decade they have helped spirits and beverage brands show up where it counts: on-premise activations in bars and restaurants, off-premise tastings in retail, event staffing, street teams, and certified bartending. Behind all of it is a network of hundreds of trained brand ambassadors across several states.

Two things keep that business running: a steady flow of brand clients who need activations, and a steady flow of brand ambassadors ready to staff them. Both have to come from somewhere.

Where they started

When President and Co-Founder Nayeli Gallegos first described the business to us, the picture was clear. For 13 years, the website had done one job: tell potential customers who Red Carpet Productions was. It was a solid online brochure, but it was not bringing in work on its own.

Almost all of their brand ambassadors came from referrals, with only the occasional lead from online search. For an agency whose growth depends on recruiting good people and winning new brand clients, that left a lot of opportunity sitting on the table. Plenty of people were searching for exactly what Red Carpet does. The site just was not set up to meet them.

What we changed

Our goal was simple: turn an informational site into a working one. A site that gets found, earns trust, and gives people an easy next step, whether they are a brand looking to book an activation or someone looking to become an ambassador.

Built to be found. We rebuilt the site on current best practices so search engines and AI assistants can clearly understand what Red Carpet does, where they operate, and who they serve. When someone searches for brand activations or ambassador work in their market, Red Carpet now shows up as part of the answer.

Built to convert. A clean, professional, on-brand design gives every visitor a clear path to reach out, so a search turns into a real conversation instead of a dead end.

Updated by email. No dashboards and no logins. When Red Carpet wants to change something, they email us in plain words, we send back a private preview, and one reply publishes it. That keeps the site current without pulling the team away from running events.

The results, in Nayeli's words

The change showed up fast, and in the two numbers that matter most to this business: new clients and new ambassadors. In the first 40 days, 45 new brand ambassadors found Red Carpet through the website, more than ever before, and new clients started arriving from online search as well. Nayeli put it best:

Since making the switch in the summer of 2026, my website has become a powerful lead-generation tool. I've been able to generate revenue from new clients who discovered our services online, and in just the past two months, our website has also helped us recruit more new Brand Ambassadors than ever before, many of whom found us through online searches.

Why this work matters to us

Red Carpet Productions already had a great business and a great reputation. What they were missing was a website working as hard as they do. Turning that brochure into a tool that brings in clients and talent is the whole point of a Smart Website, and it is the kind of result we love to see.
