Jenaro Diaz is the Co-Founder and CEO of SWATS. An internationally recognized, award-winning web designer and entrepreneur, he has spent more than 25 years helping businesses, nonprofits, artists, and agencies turn ideas into high-performing digital experiences across technology, entertainment, gaming, telecom, and advertising.

His career has been built around one consistent skill: making complex ideas feel clear, useful, and visually compelling online. At SWATS, he applies decades of website craft to a new generation of managed, AI-ready websites.

Elizabeth Adams is the Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer of SWATS. For the past decade, she has built the go-to-market engines that turned SaaS products into category leaders, driving growth and sales at some of the most closely watched companies in tech.

She has done that work at two companies that went public and a third that was acquired, most recently Heap, acquired by Contentsquare in December 2023. At SWATS she leads growth and revenue, bringing that operator's playbook to a new category of AI-managed websites.
