Any services, subscriptions, deliverables, or support arrangements are governed by the specific proposal, statement of work, order form, invoice, or written agreement accepted by SWATS AI LLC and the client.
Client content and approvals
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, permissions, brand assets, media, and approvals. If you ask us to publish or modify content, you represent that you have the rights and authority to do so.
Intellectual property
The SWATS name, website, design system, copy, graphics, code patterns, and other materials on this site are owned by SWATS AI LLC or its licensors. Client-owned content remains the property of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

AI-assisted work
