Use of this website
This website is provided by SWATS AI LLC for general information about our Smart Website services. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful activity.
Services and proposals
Information on this website does not guarantee availability, pricing, timelines, or outcomes. Any services, subscriptions, deliverables, or support arrangements are governed by the specific proposal, statement of work, order form, invoice, or written agreement accepted by SWATS AI LLC and the client.
Client content and approvals
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, permissions, brand assets, media, and approvals. If you ask us to publish or modify content, you represent that you have the rights and authority to do so.
Intellectual property
The SWATS name, website, design system, copy, graphics, code patterns, and other materials on this site are owned by SWATS AI LLC or its licensors. Client-owned content remains the property of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Third-party services
Smart Websites may rely on third-party platforms such as hosting providers, analytics tools, form processors, email providers, payment processors, or other integrations. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.
AI-assisted work
SWATS may use AI-assisted tools to help draft, design, analyze, maintain, or update websites. We review work for quality, but clients remain responsible for final approval of business claims, legal statements, regulated content, and factual accuracy.
No warranties
This website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SWATS AI LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uptime, or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SWATS AI LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes will be in courts located in Texas unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
AI Chat Assistant
Our website offers a chat assistant powered by artificial intelligence (“the Chat”). By using the Chat you agree to the following:
AI-generated responses. Responses are generated automatically by an AI model. While we work to keep them accurate, they may contain errors or omissions and are provided for general information only. Chat responses — including any pricing, timelines, or project descriptions — are not a binding offer, quotation, or contract. Engagements are confirmed only in a written agreement or invoice issued by SWATS AI LLC.
Human participation. Members of the SWATS team can view Chat conversations in real time and may join the conversation. Messages from team members are labeled with the team member’s name.
Recording and storage. Chat conversations, including any contact or project information you provide, are recorded and stored so we can respond, follow up, and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use. You agree not to use the Chat to send unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful content; to submit information you have no right to share; or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or extract the underlying systems or prompts. We may limit or suspend Chat access at any time, and the Chat may be unavailable from time to time without notice.
No sensitive data. Please do not share sensitive personal information in the Chat (such as government ID numbers, financial account credentials, passwords, or health information). Anything you submit is provided at your own discretion.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
